Law Amendment of the Ministry of Education Act No. (34) for the year 1998 Amendment to Article (24) of paragraph (1)

Article 1/
Abolished the text of the article (24) paragraph (1) and replaced by the following:
Includes holding advanced degrees (master's and doctorate) or equivalent in the Ministry of Education.
Descriptions of those who applied by the university servant Article (1) - III - University Service of the Law No. (23) for the year 2008. All the rights and privileges enjoyed by their peers at the universities of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and institutes, which included in the service of university mentioned before.

Article 2/
This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and implemented from the date of 1/1/2009.

Reasons

To upgrade this segment of higher education in the Ministry of Education and To fortify teaching staff and upgrading of living and provide for a dignified life to the law buyout, and the university service.
