Law on the Accession of the Republic Iraq to The Ramsar Convention on Wetlands andIt’s Two Amending Protocols

SUNDAY 12 APRIL 2009

Article 1:

The Republic of Iraq shall join the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands signed in the Islamic Republic of Iran on February 2, 1971 and it’s two amending Protocols dated December 3, 1982 and May 28, 1987.

Law Amendment of the Ministry of Education Act No. (34) for the year 1998 Amendment to Article (24) of paragraph (1)

SUNDAY 09 NOVEMBER 2008

Abolished the text of the article (24) paragraph (1) and replaced by the following:

Includes holding advanced degrees (master's and doctorate) or equivalent in the Ministry of Education.
